I’ve been playing this bingo game for a while now and it is pretty fun. The only drawback I would say is that you don’t get very many bingo chips for the price point.*UPDATE* on 2-1-24 I am changing my review from 5 stars to 1 star.Their customer service dept is a mess!! As others have stated in their reviews, I also have been getting thrown out of a game right in the middle or almost at the end, so I contacted customer service. I received an email back asking for specific information. I immediately replied w/all of the info that was requested. Throughout the day I get a total of 4 (automated) emails all stating the same thing, which was to reply back & provide the info requested. I had replied back to all of those emails, including a short message and then attaching the very first email containing all the info. Now almost 2 weeks later I’m getting automated emails from Monopoly GO request requesting that I reply back and to state what my issue is with that game. I’ve never contacted Monopoly GO cust serv. I have no idea how but my inquiry somehow was sent to that dept. It is a mess. I’ve already spent at minimum 3 hours total over the 2 week timeframe. Definitely one of the worst experiences I’ve had with a customer service dept….

I’ve had this app for somewhere around 13 years and it’s only gotten more disappointing over time. I’ve never seen so much inflation and price increases in an app. The discounts and deals have gotten worse, meaning the expectation is that we all pay more and get less. After 13 years of play I’ve never once won a single royal jackpot or any big win ever. After 13 years. It’s wild. It’s the only app I’ve had for so long where there are no benefits of keeping the app for so long. There is no reward system for spending real, hard-earned money and no incentive to keep playing after all these years. “Bash Tourney” costs almost double what it used to, and pays less than before. And if you want the boosts they cost more as well. I think I’ll play til my chips are gone and take a (maybe permanent) break. I’m done spending time and money and being loyal to companies that just want more, more, more. It’s a game - it should be a fun break from the rest of the world. Instead, it’s a reminder of inflation and greed. The only people noticing these changes are the PAYING CUSTOMERS. And if you read all the other reviews, there are lots of us long-time players that share the same sentiment. They just respond with an auto-generated message to reaffirm exactly what we’re saying and nothing changes. Ugh. An update to reiterate that every time I log in to this game, I’m reminded why I don’t do so more often. It’s extremely frustrating to have so many pop ups before I can even get to the game. It’s just become - not very fun.

I don’t know what’s going on with your new version of Bingo Bash but ever since you’ve changed everything, the game keeps kicking me all the way out and if I’ve won I lose everything, which it just happened AGAIN!! I won 3 bingos and it kicked me out at the very end and when I went in to play again I won another bingo just to find out that the other 3 bingos were null and void and not there at all and neither were the bingo chips or the hearts floating (an additional incentive you had going on at the same time). I think you need to get these glitches and flaws fixed in the game because this is becoming a frequent occurrence and very annoying, especially when one spends his or her own hard earned money buying chips and rockets, at times to no avail, which is totally not fair, as there’s no way for us to recover our losses that should’ve been wins!! SMH!! This NEEDS to be rectified immediately or I have a funny feeling that the # 1 rated Bingo Bash is gonna end up as last place instead! I would hope you would reimburse me some of the many many chips that I’ve lost due to these so called glitches! Thank you for your immediate attention to this matter as it is much appreciated.

I have to say, the games itself are a lot of fun. The problem is, there is a serious delay most times which means instead of calling out numbers, a good 10-15 seconds (sometimes longer) will go by and suddenly five or six numbers have been called and by the time you see them the game ends. I’ve lost out of countless Bingos because of this, and even more than that have wasted my daily coins on games I didn’t get to play due to these delays/freezing up.You win very seldom, and most games end quickly because of lots of players with numerous cards and limited bingos. You do get bonus coins each day, but I get 31, and almost all games (with the exception of a handful) require 16 coins minimum. You do the math, that’s two games a day. This either forces you to purchase coins for actual money (a terrible value, btw) or wait until your refill the next day. When they have a “deal” you can get 200 coins for $10. That comes out to approximately seven games. For 10 dollars. A whole 30 minutes of game time, if you’re lucky, since a lot of games end rather quickly. It’s a complete rip off.I emailed support and got a very generic response. (Basically, restart your phone or uninstall then reinstall.) And 30 free coins...pointless. I assure you, this is the ONLY gaming app I have issues with on delays. Too many other gaming apps out there that will give you generous daily plays to be messing around with this one. I have no problem paying for in-app purchases, but not when they give you nothing to start with.
