In an attempt to cancel my subscription, I went through the Apple App and received confirmation my subscription was cancelled. For 2 months I was incorrectly charged after this cancellation notice. They credited the last charge but are stating I did not cancel the auto renewal. I cannot find where it states this cannot be done through Apple and must be done by setting up an online account. I’ve shown repeated proof of the cancellation to them. It’s in the hands of the credit card company now as I’ve made several good faith efforts for full resolution.

The one video I was able to make was fun and cool.. but after that video I have not been able to make any more. I tried a second video and it has been loading for over a week now. It won’t let me make more than one video at time. So I was only able to enjoy one video only. I waisted my money unfortunately.

Expensive you only get a few try’s then have to wait for your coins to refill.

After 3 attempts to get what I was asking for I was out of tokens.. what’s the point if the app keeps using tokens without making something usable. 🤷‍♀️it’s not very good at voice to text prompts . Asked for a woman holding a jewelry box just got a woman”.. if they refunded tokens when it’s unusable I’d keep it.
