I’m Dr. Saurabh Sethi, a board-certified gastroenterologist trained at AIIMS, Harvard, and Stanford. I’ve performed more than 25,000 endoscopies and spent 25 years helping my patients navigate IBS, GERD, Constipation, and Fatty Liver.
I designed Oja around the same structured process I use in clinic, adapting to your symptoms, your habits, and how your body responds.
Oja helps you understand what may be affecting your bloating, heartburn, constipation, or liver health and gives you a personalized weekly plan for what to do next.
GET YOUR WEEKLY PLAN
See which foods to avoid or add back, which nutrient goals to focus on, and which daily habits to build.
Each week, Oja reviews your meals, symptoms, and progress. It looks for patterns you may not catch on your own and adapts your plan around how your body responds.
FIND WHAT WORKS FOR YOU
The same foods can affect people differently. As you log meals and symptoms, Oja looks for patterns and builds your Trigger Profile, showing possible triggers and foods that appear to work well for you.
When a possible trigger emerges, Oja guides you through structured avoidance and reintroduction so you can test your response instead of unnecessarily restricting foods forever.
Stick with your plan and see your weekly progress toward your symptom, weight, and nutrition goals.
5 MINUTES A DAY TO STAY ON TRACK
Just snap a photo of what you eat and log how you feel, and Oja will guide you through your plan.
• Spot ingredients you are currently avoiding
• Get practical ways to make a meal fit your plan
• Log meals without manually entering everything
PLAN YOUR MEALS & GROCERY LISTS
Put your plan into action with delicious recipes built for your Oja protocol, your eating preferences, and how much time you actually want to spend cooking.
Then turn the recipes you want to make into a shareable grocery list.
Because your plan cannot just live in an app. It has to work in your kitchen, at the grocery store, and when you eat out.
HOW OJA WORKS
1. Start by telling Oja about yourself and your symptoms. Oja shows you what to focus on in your first week.
2. Take 5 minutes a day to snap what you eat, log how you feel, and follow the guidance in your weekly plan.
3. Each week, Oja reviews how your body responded to what you ate, shows you your progress, and updates your plan.
No need to be perfect – Oja works with what you log and keeps guiding you forward.

This app is the real snackdeal! Finally, an app that tells me the hard truths about my snack choices—because apparently, "cheese is a protein" isn't scientifically accurate. SnackShot is like a nutritionist in my pocket, but way less judgy. It scans my food, breaks down the good, the bad, and the why did I eat all that, all while keeping it fun. Turns out, ignorance isn’t always bliss… but at least now I know why my salad feels betrayed when I drown it in ranch. Five stars for keeping me snack-countable!
Don’t waste your money

The value isn’t there. Tells you things you can easily see simply by looking at a nutrition label. Not worth the hassle of taking out your phone, taking a photo of the food (the app is very glitchy, constantly freezes, and you usually have to close out/restart to take a photo), all to get a generic gimmicky “snack score” that’s supposed to tell you how “healthy” your food is. As an example, this app told me organic unsweetened shredded coconut was rated “68 moderately healthy.” Um… okay? Unless you have absolutely zero knowledge of what comprises a healthy food, like whether kale or fast food french fries are healthier, then please save your money. Not useful. Not worth paying for. Very gimmicky.

The Snack App I Didn’t Know I Needed

I follow Dr. Sethi — he’s the best gastroenterologist out there, and when I saw he created SnackShot, I had to try it. I’ve used calorie trackers before, but none of them actually taught me anything. SnackShot does. I just snap a pic of my food and instantly see how it impacts my gut health, energy, and mood. The feedback is visual and actionable — no guilt, just guidance. I finally understand why some snacks make me feel sluggish and others don’t.
Snack Shot, super!

SnackShot is a game changer! Take a photo of your food and Snack Shot will tell you nutrients and calories and even potential allergens. It’s quick easy and fun. All you do is take a photo of your food and SnackShot does the rest! No more counting calories, no more trying to figure out if something is healthy for me. SnackShot even provides recommendations for meals and snacks. Thank you, SnackShot for doing all the work and keeping me healthy!
