I am 18 years old and wanted a way to spend try to win some extra money once in a while, with my age it is hard to find places that allow you to gamble. Luckily this app allows you to be 18. When it comes to gameplay they have a lot of games to choose from, which is very nice and gives you a variety. Now the app is a casino, so your not always going to win, but I would like to say the win rates seem to be pretty good, you lose some but you also seem to win more then other apps. Cash outs are easy and can be a wait up to a few days but they are usually quick about it. They offer a lot of free chances to get credits to play also, like daily rewards, share with your friends, and more. So it makes it fun to check in everyday to get a few plays in for free. I really enjoyed this app and in my experience it has treated me well. 10/10, 5 gold stars and out 5 gold stars.

I like the game until I was unable to redeem after I’ve deposited multiple times upon trying to redeem it asks for ID I uploaded my photos which unless accepted it will not allow you to even request redemption so after multiple times to get the pictures perfect without any glares and clear to read it accepts and allows me to request a redemption of my funds well after a few days and still not received I contact support it says 24 hours then still not received I contact again and they said I haven’t validated my ID and to do so I gotta put the redemption request etc the entire process i had already completed and my funds are already in the redemption process so I don’t have anything to request to redeem again to do the exact same process again so they to me are just dragging me along telling me to do something I’ve done once and I cannot even do again while funds are in pending redemption and I’m not going to deposit again that’s for sure so I’m going to have to request refunds on my deposits to apparently get my money back since they are saying I haven’t validated my ID when there’s no way if I haven’t that my funds could be in a pending redemption process because you have to validate your ID to even request it so some people who say the have no issue must be the lucky ones cause I’ve had nothing but issues getting my money back as winnings they sure have no problem taking a deposit from you though better believe that

This app is full of it. So I had cashed out 315$, I co tasted support ask how long and they said after review, but usually within 24 hours. After two days I messaged asking why it went on under review back to processing, they told me that was normal and should have my payment within 3 days. After 5 days I messaged them again asking what was the hold up, and if they was going to actually give the payment or if something was wrong with my account or what was happening. They assured me everything was fine and it will come but it was taken a little longer due to high payment volume but told me I would forsure have it by 7 days “AT THE LATEST”! I’m officially over 7 days and still nothing! Don’t know if it was because I won it off bonus cash AFTER I lost well over that amount of MY MONEY right before smh! But clearly they’re lying to me, why tell me 3 different time periods it takes? Why don’t they tell us out right “could take MORE then a week for payout” if at all smh. Don’t bother with this app. They also had told me the first time I messaged that they was gonna look into my accounts please hold , it would take about 5 minutes, after about 2 hours I had asked if everything was ok (didn’t stay in the app that whole time but kept checking so wasn’t sure if it disconnected) they didn’t reply till over half a day later and that’s when they first said usually with 25 but taken a little longer then normal! Good thing I screenshot the entire conversation so when they reply to this review saying other wise, I have the proof of their replies and lies

If I could give this casino zero stars, I would. I trusted them and spent a ton of money at this casino. On June 26, 2026 I noticed charges on my debit card that I did not make. There were five and they totaled $220. I finally figured out that they were made to Cider Casino (because the name they use for transactions is not Cider Casino, I had to do research to figure out who it was that the charges came from). I contacted Cider immediately and told them that I did not make those charges, nor did I pay the credits. They said the charges were made through Apple Pay, however, the card had never, ever been set up on Apple Pay, or used through Apple Pay, so that was impossible. It is now August 22, 2026 and they have stated I will not be getting a refund because the credits were played. I absolutely did not make those charges, I absolutely did not play those credits and I will never, ever, ever use that casino or recommend them again. I know for a fact that I did not make any purchases at Cider Casino on June 26, 2026 yet they are stating that because the credits were used I will not be able to get my money back. There is also no way I made those charges through Apple Pay, and that is sketchy, too, because they keep insisting that the charges were made through Apple Pay. It is completely impossible that those charges were made by me through Apple Pay when that card has NEVER been set up on Apple Pay! Be warned, this casino is shady as hell and you may end up with charges on your debit or credit card that you did not make, and you will not get a refund from Cider.
