I tried to buy the no-ads for this game because it has a lot of ads if you want to get more in game money. Which is fine with me. The problem is my purchase didn’t work, I'm still watching ads, and i tired the email that was listed with the receipt to address the problem and see if we could get it to work, only to receive an email telling me to email somewhere else because that one’s never watched? So I decided i just want a refund but now apple sent an email to tell me they have to confirm the request so i might not even get my money back. The game is super fun, its new and definitely interesting and new. But this was definitely aggravating as i have multiple games with no ads and I’ve never had it not work. Ive tried restoring the purchase as well and nothing, hopefully i can get my money back.

*came back to edit, the pictures ARE from sims creations. they’re either from sims themselves, or from creators who make custom content. the picture with the bedroom is from peacemaker. i’ll be reporting this. just don’t play this game. i’m unsure why there’s so many good reviews about this game? usually these kinds of games try to have a “sweet spot” when you first start playing. there’s less ads, lots of rewards, low cost to upgrade things, you know, to make you want to keep playing. as soon as you start playing, it’s ads galore. you can’t really even upgrade your first house just on gameplay alone, you have to watch a ton of ads to earn extra money to level up. once you do so many of the chapters/missions you don’t get rewards for getting them right anymore lol. you have to wait a few hours so then you’re left with nothing to do but guess, watch more ads for money. then we move along to the actual game/gameplay. it’s so obviously a rip off of sims. they don’t even try to hide it lol. pretty sure the pictures on the app store are taken from sims expansion packs. i’ve caught grammar mistakes and many spelling errors. the overall set up is annoying as well. you can’t see the families wants/needs unless you’re constantly moving the screen around since the screen doesn’t cover the entire house. the boxes to click to buy things or watch ads are directly in the middle on the side of the screen, again in the way of watching the family members. this is such a poor game & i’m convinced many of these reviews are fake, unless this many people enjoy watching constant ads. even if you buy the ad free version, you’d still have to watch ads to upgrade/level up basic aspects of the game.

bro every 5 seconds it’s an ad and it’s so annoying. If I don’t watch an ad for the good choices then here comes a random break ad, literally 1 minute apart. You can only get a fast and efficient character boosts with the ads and every little choice affects it… even the dumb dreams which actually can affect the character’s stats… then a random haunting of your house and the random people… Then the ads are super weird… kept seeing an ad with a pregnant woman getting some random needle shot in her stomach, then all of the other misleading ads it’s so annoying. Then with interaction options. You can’t even interact with everything like after you “prepare food” it doesn’t even appear on the dinner table or anything… YOU CANT EVEN HAVE DINNER AS A FAMILY! You can’t do anything as a whole. Each character can only do an individual task. You can’t customize the kids..only the adults. This game is weird honestly. I gave it 2 stars to be generous because without the ads, and with a few updates this game could be better. Developers… fix your game bro.

So I really love this game I purchased two things to help make the game a little better in terms of earning more money to complete levels however I just got done with house 5 two days ago now and I am not able to move forward on the trophy road I am so upset because I did spend some money on the game and for it to just stop working is crazy however I really don’t want to delete it because I made so much good progress and paid some money for some things and I have come so far in the game I hope they do fix what ever is wrong or finish whatever is going on because all it says is coming soon other than that issue I will give the game 10/10
