Comfrt has made a big difference in my life. I know that sounds crazy, but hear me out. I suffer from terrible migraines that can come on at any time. They are awful…like I’m feeling ok to “turn off the lights now! Here we go again…” I become light and sound sensitive as soon as it sets in. But the secret eye mask in the travel hoodie is ingenious. It blocks light and the hood muffles sound. I always have one with me, and I’ve probably bought new ones every week (hey guys, can you slow down the limited releases??) To put you in my shoes, I live in South Florida. This fleece is HEAVY, soft and sooo cozy, if it isn’t 100’ weather. I still bring one with me everywhere. That’s dedication. So do I recommend this product, even if you aren’t traveling? Why yes. Yes I do. And if you are planning to travel…just say thank you. 😊😎

Let me start off by saying that this brand does make high-quality goods, with prices slightly higher than what you’d expect. However the materials used do come with some cost higher than your average hoodie. That’s about the best I can say about comfrt… their shipping times are abysmal, their support team is a joke and their wait times are ridiculous. If you pre-order something expect it not be available at the time they say it will be sent out. They will tell you to choose an alternative on their website, in the same category roundabout the same price, but then also tell you that’s out of stock when it says it’s in stock on their website making you be a part of an endless loop with your money tied and no product delivered. You can’t communicate over the phone with them so you end up sending emails back-and-forth for the better part of several months with no resolve. For those who read this lengthy review, highly recommend taking your money elsewhere or at least buying product from them in store. I’m not one to bash a company, but they had six months to complete an order from my wife’s birthday that was back in March I’m still sitting here in mid May writing a review instead of my wife, enjoying product from this company.

I love my tranquil Orchid color Sweatsuit and I wear it all the time. Every time I wear it around a different person they have complimented how much they like it and they would like to have one. I now have bought 2 sets in the last couple of weeks to give my complementers a set for Christmas! Unfortunately Everything is sold out! So I had to compromise by getting another type of set… but I think all around Comfort will not fail in any of the sets, as I also have the travel bundle as well and love just as much! Not to mention my sweet fur baby also has the matching hoodie I’m which I adore!

This is a scam of a company. I initiated a return for an incorrect size. Instead of processing an “exchange” they started a “return”. Once that began I ordered a new set. This is when I find out they do not process returns to your payment method, only store credit. The issue begins with the return vs exchange since they processed it as a return they wouldn’t give me my funds back and they wouldn’t apply the “store credit” to the new order. When I realized this, I emailed IMMEDIATELY to cancel the new order. (There is no phone to call)My emails were ignored for 3 days and on day 3 they blocked my email, causing any future inquires to bounce back to me. On day 5 they responded back with a lie that all orders are confirmed with in 5 minutes and that all “ as ready” orders cannot be cancelled. This is a lie as it took 48 hours to confirm and process my new order. If as ready items cannot be cancelled and pre-orders cannot be cancelled, there is NO return policy. I would have been fine with the no returns if they didn’t block my email and lie to me. I work in clothing manufacturing and know first hand how processing orders online and producing m clothing overseas works, which makes the lies hit even harder.This is a scheme to make double the money on one order. DO NOT ORDER UNLESS YOU ARE OKAY LOSING MONEY.
