“澳門基本法學習與測試”為方便澳門廣大市民和學生學習《澳門基本法》、測試對澳門基本法内容的认知程度而编寫。分練習模式和測試模式两大模块。可供個人學習、政府和社團推廣基本法及學校進行基本法教學之用。 練習模式供用戶根據澳門基本法的章節進行有系统或針對性學習。 測試模式分別設有:初級測試、中級測試及高級測試三種模式，隨機抽樣出題，測試完畢即可知道成績结果。
