So exited for this App

I usually don’t write reviews for apps but I’m definitely going to take the time to write about Mila. I have been waiting excitedly for this app to drop. I have been struggling with weight gain and loss since my last child was born (honestly since my children have been born). It’s been harder to get to that “happy” (skinnier) place the older I’ve gotten.
Around the time I decided to try the weight loss journey again I found Camilla and her lovely wife online. I heard about the app as well and was honestly really interested in what she’d have to say and teach. Everything they do online is all centered around loving yourself. I started to feel better in my own skin and a lot more confident in myself after following them! I’m just into the very intro of the Mila appso far and I think I’m going to love it. It’s a completely different approach then anything I’ve tried before. First let’s find love for one’s self and then everything else will fall into place as it should, whatever the case may be. Even if it’s not what you thought it might be. Loving myself in my new body has been the biggest struggle. If anyone else has these same feelings or just wants to try a completely different approach to fitness but also self care check out this app, I think you’ll love it!! We’re all so proud of you Camilla! ^_^

Love the app and workouts, but issues with bugs

First off, I want to say I’ve never loved a workout app this much. I know some people are disappointed with the subscription, but I really don’t see why. This is Camilla’s job, of course she has to charge for this service. It wouldn’t be worth her time or effort otherwise. I also have never consistently worked out this much. I’ve been using this app for almost two months, and have worked out nearly every day. There has only been a couple days I haven’t, and that was because of chronic pain issues I can’t control. I enjoy the exercises and how accessible they feel. Most apps assume you can go full force into the workouts and exercises, and then I just feel disappointed when I’m not at that level yet and stop using the app. However, I am experiencing bug issues where videos won’t load and I’m told to come back later. Some days the video never loads at all and I can’t watch it. Currently, with the series there are times I need to favorite a video and mark it as done so I can actually do a workout and then return to the unwatchable video later. I understand it’s a new app and so there will be glitches and issues, it’s just a tad frustrating when I see the app was updated the same day, yet the issues I’m having aren’t resolved. Other than that, I adore this app. I imagine I’ll use it for quite a while before ending my subscription. Thank you Camilla!

I felt so inspired I cried!

I have been on a long work training trip and needed to move. The hotel is drab and training is long. I managed to get to the hotel gym, did a little .5 mile run it’s all I could do until I was bored and went back up my room. I opened up the app and did my first yoga session with the app and oh my gosh. Usually I feel so embarrassed and unprepared for yoga videos I just am not perfect at the moves, but with this I felt like I was included and was just happy to be there. She is so inspirational!! Every word she said hit me to my core and made me feel proud of myself. I have worked hard and it is so good to be moving and I should allow myself to feel proud of that! At the end of the session I felt so relieved I cried! I have been trying to get myself to work out for MONTHS and its such a discouraging process. But this felt so right and so freeing and so welcoming. I am so happy she made this for all of us and I can’t wait to move some more tomorrow. Thank you! Please Download the app it will always be worth it (even if you download it and don’t open it immediately it will be worth it when you do ❤️)
