Perfect for Pregnant Women
Multiple family members of mine have been popping kids out left and right. They’ve always mentioned they’ve wanted a fitness app specifically for the times they’re going through pregnancy but they could never find one that catered to that specific need. Every app out there right now is all about tracking workouts and/or with the goal to make you lose weight. Those are great, but not when it comes to being pregnant. I checked this app and and it’s perfect for those needs. 100% will be recommending this app to them.
Finally! An app that isn’t filled with the same generic info for each trimester, not to mention it actually addresses the fourth trimester, too. I learned it’s basically impossible to find workout programs specifically for pregnancy, so when this came out, I had to try it. The programs are easy to follow and you don’t have to worry about modifying everything since it’s specifically for pregos, unlike every other workout subscription I have. I really appreciate the down to earth style the content is written in, too.

You guys! This app is amazing! I have kept going to all these different places on the web to read about how to prep for pregnancy and post partum, but it was so confusing and I often got conflicting info. This is an AMAZING resource that puts everything I need to know about diet and exercise in one place. First time moms especially need to this get app - I don’t know what I would have done without it!
