Everything awesome but recording

I bought one month subscription. When I record my Meet sessions, the video’s audio always has issues — either it becomes extremely fast and impossible to understand, or my voice doesn’t appear in the recording at all

I got a recommendation from a friend by using this app. I hosted an online conference with around 100 people. It turned out an awesome online meeting. There was no delay on voice delivery and people could hear me clearly. The slides that I shared was clear to people. It was a great experience of using TeamLink to deliver an online conference.

Can we have a silence mode please

First of all, this is a good quality app, video works fine and multiple parties can talk without problem.I have a use case that I think is popular now with the pandemic situation. We use it for remote piano class and our piano teacher needs to see both the student’s face for conversation and the hand action. We can use 2 devices, but TeamLink does not allow me to turn the volume down to 0 (on one of the device), and this creates an unwanted echo effect.

You can find it under the more icon ( three dots) on the toolbar when you are in a meeting. Please feel free to contact us at support@teamlink.co if there's anything else we can help.
