In this release, we’ve enhanced the application that will soon pave the way to make it even easier for your practitioners to share content with you, our caregivers and clients.

With this release, we’ve made an important update to the video upload process via the Messaging module. The maximum video length has been increased from 10 minutes to 20 minutes, which will allow greater ease in uploading video content for clinical review.

A few updates were made within the application to align with the terminology used by Catalight and Easterseals Northern California.

We’ve updated the notifications for ‘overlap’ sessions to ensure our caregivers and clients are clear on their upcoming scheduled sessions.

Recently, we released a brand new feature that enables you to easily communicate updates to your treatment availability directly to Catalight / Easterseals. With this current release, we’ve made some enhancements to streamline your use of this new time-saving feature.

We are excited to announce that we have added Spanish translations to the section of our app where you can inform us of changes to your availability. This enhancement aims to provide a more inclusive and user-friendly experience for our Spanish-speaking customers. We appreciate your feedback and hope this update makes it easier for you to communicate with us.

Manage your treatment availability times! In this release, the availability for treatment and training times for both caregiver and client can now be managed via myBrightlink! This new form will alert the Catalight Scheduling Team of changes in availability. The form is available to you whenever you need it. Simply log into the application and submit the updates without having to call or send a lengthy message!

Our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy documentation have been updated; you can access them from the Account Settings page. We’ve also made some additional improvements to our scheduling automation in this release.

Recognizing many of our clients refer to themselves by a name other than their legal first name, in this release we’ve provided an easy way to choose the preferred or legal name, based on preference. Also included are updates to the messaging automation that we released just recently, as well as updates to how we manage reschedules of Intake Assessment appointments.

The myBrightlink Care Path is your home for the most valuable information throughout your individualized care experience. In this release, the Care Path has been updated to include the treatment portion of your care; be sure to check it out! Additionally, we’ve streamlined the Messaging capabilities to help you more quickly receive responses to your questions.

Catalight continuously adds incremental value to myBrightlink. In this release, updates were made to improve overall performance and reliability of the application.

With this latest release of myBrightlink, you now have complete control over rescheduling your appointments. Simply locate the appointment you need to reschedule and select an available time that works for you. You’ll receive an automated confirmation of your selection within a matter of seconds. And your Care Team will also be immediately notified of your scheduling change!

You can now keep your treatment appointments in sync with your Google and Apple calendar apps, either manually one at a time, or automatically each time you open myBrightlink! Also in this release, we’ve updated how we manage treatment sessions that involve two clinicians to ensure all involved parties are perfectly clear about the schedule, including any changes made to the schedule.

With this release, we focused our efforts on offering our caregivers and clients reminders of their upcoming Intake Assessment as well as the related forms and surveys. And because our articles are very insightful, efforts were made to bring more attention to them on the home page!

In this release, we continued in the commitment to provide our caregivers with more control over their schedule by adding several new appointment types for reschedule and cancellation. This includes Group ABA, Chat, Connect, Compass-B, and Social Skills Group Treatments!

We’ve enhanced our reschedule process to make it more robust. Finally, we’ve taken steps to improve the goal submission process with useful prompts and by relocating the submit button.

With this release we’ve added Immediate Interventions to the list of appointment types that our caregivers and clients can cancel or request a reschedule. We’ve also added a quick reminder of the option to receive appointment reminders via text. And last but not least, we’ve added the ability to access and complete the Consent Packet from the application!
