The LG&E, KU and ODP mobile app is provided at no cost to customers (residential and most small businesses) and gives you the ability to pay your bill, view bill and payment history, report and track power outages, manage your account, and more. Your account(s) can be accessed quickly and securely utilizing password, face ID or fingerprint on the go and with ease.

Version 1.1.1

LG&E, KU and ODP customers (residential and most small businesses), using your My Account login User ID and Password, will have the ability to:
• Pay your bill
• View your bill/payment history
• Report and track power outages
• View the outage map (replacing the current standalone outage map app)
• Manage your account
This release includes features to improve your experience on the app and may require you to accept the new Terms of Service upon log in.

Great addition to my iPhone

Easy access to my information - I really like being able to use FaceID to login. Having quick and easy access to my bill, due date, amount due and the ability to view my full bill is great. Also, being able to report an outage and get status updates keep me from having to call if I’m having trouble. So happy to have an app for this.

This app is not only super user friendly, it is helpful. I can pay my bill easy enough, but I can also report an outage and check the outage map. When the power is out, it’s hard to know the message is getting through. This app keeps reporting simple and gives me peace of mind. All KU customers need this!
