In this release we improved messaging for events when payment processing can’t be completed or takes longer than expected. We also provided a clarification that all payments are processed based on Eastern Time (ET) zone. Some users are experiencing an intermittent login problem that has been difficult to diagnose. This app version will send additional information back to us to help determine why this might be happening. We are working to resolve the issue and welcome feedback sent to appsupport@aep.com.
