Update:I am so disgusted with this company! When I called over a month ago and you read me that script I bet you knew then that yall weren't ever gonna be able to resolve these issues yet instead of having respect to tell us you chose to hide it. I can't believe how you all have conducted business. I'm so glad my company is finding us a new company to do business with because this is definitely not how to conduct business. I had wondered when Alight mentioned the name change to Anyday! A name change isn't gonna solve anything but it's clear now why the business flipped. Look at how customers who keep you in business are treated! Have loved using this app but very upset that it has now been down for 3 weeks and when you ask customer service all they say is yea it's down and we are trying to fix it but no fix for 3 weeks now is ridiculous!

Earnings have been temporarily unavailable for 6 whole days, that’s is extremely unprofessional to allow your systems to be down for so long with no updates or even so much as an estimated time frame as to when consumers will be able to access their funds again. The first of the month is approaching and I imagine that many people use this app to pay their bills, this is extremely inconvenient and disappointing. I have never experienced anything like this, i can understand 2-3 days max of technical difficulties but A WHOLE WEEK? with no communication, no answers, no alternatives.. is insane and honestly very sketchy.Update: Earnings still unavailable, deleting this app today. The only positive aspect is that I have been able to escape the cycle of borrowing from my check.

The fix is in on the star ratings! I va come back a week later and see TONS of 1 star reviews but this still sits at 3.9COMPANIES: Do your due diligence before contracting with ANYDAY Go elsewhere! Between double debits for cash app transactions that take well over a week to resolve in their system, to the internal system glitch that has made funds unavailable for a week now on the platform, to the ridiculously slow loading of the app... it is totally useless. We are petitioning our company to pivot to a different company. I implore the developers to quickly resolve these ongoing issues. Companies are not going to take a chance on irritating a good portion of their workforce on an unreliable app.
