Needs Quicker Sign-In Methods

The app is simple & user friendly. My only complaint is the sign-in process. It’s 2023. We're in the age of biometric technology. It’s inconvenient to have to constantly type in our email & password every time we open the app. If I want to quickly log in to grab information, I should be able to quickly access that information. Allow users the option of signing in using facial recognition.

Hi, thank you for taking the time to leave a review. The app does support biometrics login. Would you mind trying these few troubleshooting steps:

1. Go to Settings and find the Credit Acceptance App
2. Make sure that the biometrics permissions are turned ON
3. Login to the app using your email and password
4. Go to the Pofile settings by clicking on the person icon on the top right
5. Click on the Face ID login settings
6. Turn on face ID and save

Once this is enabled, when you try to open the app, there should be a button that says "Sign In with Face ID"

Waste of time

I thought it would be simpler to download and use the app, and it would be…if I was ever able to use the app. It won’t let me get past the sign in screen and I know my login information is 100% correct, so that’s not the problem. I’ve never had any issues whatsoever while logging into my account online. I read all of the reviews before I downloaded the app and the majority of them were not so great, to say the least. I just figured that there are always a few people who give awful reviews because some people are just never satisfied no matter what kind of service they receive, but in this case, I should have listened to those reviews because they’re 100% spot on. Plus it wasn’t just a few people saying negative things. The majority of the reviews were the negative ones, instead of vice versa, like it usually goes with things like this. So hopefully, my review might save others from wasting their time with even trying to get this app to work. Seriously, I’m tired of fighting with it and trying to log in to my account when I know I’m putting in the right login info. Save yourself some time and trouble. Don’t even bother trying to make this app work….it won’t.

Convenient but still have a long way to go

Stays glitching.
Can’t log in when I need to. Most times I end up online. What’s the purpose of the app, if I still have to go online. Crashes and doesn’t load when you need to make payments. I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling it and still won’t open. I thought it needed to update but it don’t. Just a blank screen when I try to use the app. This has happen multiple times.
If I get a message, I can’t even view on app, gotta go to website. Annoying and frustrating
