I have been getting error issues while trying to log in. I have it set up for facial recognition and it still gives me issues. None of my other apps do. So now I don’t wanna “we ‘re sorry to hear your having issues logging in”. Replies to this. I’ve looked at the history on here & have found this has been an ongoing issue for YEARS. So I’m gonna make this as clear as possible. If you guys don’t have this fixed within a month or 2. I’m getting an attorney and suing you cause I can’t make my payments & I can’t update vital info. So get it done!!!Update, app still hasn’t been fixed but now I think I understand why it’s so that they can force people to have to go with automatic withdrawal to pay on the insurance. They have now done two months in a row without my authorization to withdraw the money from my account. Which now has been overdrawn and an overdraft fee will be charged.I think I have enough right now to file a lawsuit. Will update as this goes on.

I recently had USAA screw me over! It was their mistake and they didn't want to fix it! I found this direct insurance and this agent named Thomas helped me! I wanted to put an old 81 Ford pick up on there and my daughters newer car that is financed. Gave him all the info and told me what I needed to put down what my monthly rates were! I was so happy when I found out that the rates were gonna be really low! Made made my down payment! Well I have been waiting for the usual insurance packet in the mail with insurance cards. I decided just to register on the app so I could pull them up and send her a screenshot and realized her car wasn't even on the insurance! So, my daughter's been driving her car around for weeks uninsured! I am so mad! I'm paying $250 a month on an old Ford pick up that I'm currently driving because my van broke down! I have a clean, driving record with no tickets or anything! Turns out that they added my daughter on as a driver! They weren't gonna add her on then why did they add her on as a driver? I asked them to pull the call because I agent messed up big! I recommended him to everybody because I thought I got such awesome rates! I definitely do not recommend going to this insurance, which is actually part of Allstate! I am a very unhappy person because now I have to shop around for another insurance! I really don't have the time now that I'm watching my grandbabies all day! Extremely irritated!!!

I have no background of tickets or bad driving. I happened upon this company looking for an affordable rate for a car I didn’t drive often but still wanted coverage. The initial person that quoted me was extremely helpful which convinced me to move forward. This person was licensed to quote but does not directly work for the company. After that everything has been a disaster. Horrible customer service and setting up auto pay is not in your favor. They want you to miss a payment by one day and charge $15. They don’t take the money out of your account like a normal institution. I tried to pay through the app and they said No. Wait. Just make sure the money is in the account. Meaning I shouldn’t have to call them to ask why the payment was not taken. In the contract it states they will charge you, even if they are late on retrieval of funds. They push for Automatic Pay for this reason. I want to know my Insurance is valid if the money hasn’t come out. This happened more than once. I think they prey on certain people. And yes again horrible and I mean horrible customer service.

Where to begin. Insuring with this company has been a personal grievance. When I was insured they wouldn’t properly take payments. Insurance canceled because of that, totally fine tbh. That’s not the only issue. I spent over a week calling numbers in this company, only to be met with incompetent people. It’s either that or the company itself had zero structure. I called over and over again for 8-9 days. A solid 95% of the time, they couldn’t even find my account, even when I had the policy number! An amazingly agitating disappearing magic act it seems. One day, I exist in their system found through phone #, address, or name. The next day, no results, meaning sorry you’re out of luck, because they won’t help you find it. In addition, hope you don’t forget or need to reset your password. The app sends you to the web, which fails to email you the password reset link. Their customer service, payments, and the app all belong in the sewer. I’m amazed they’ve been in business as long as they have.
