Good insurance company but the app can use severe improvements. The back arrow doesn't work...once you are on a screen, you can't back out to a previous screen. The only way to get past that is to close out the app and go back in...hopefully the developers can fix this issue because it is quite frustrating and time-consuming. Navigating through the app can take some patience. Also, received error messages several times when logging in, but with perseverance, I managed to get onto it. Unfortunately, once I was in the app, the back button not functioning properly caused more frustrations because I had to close the app then log back in. Please fix these issues. Thank you.

I appreciate that National General is committed to improving the app, and they have been fixing any bugs that appear in a timely manner. It is normal for bugs to arise in any app, and what matters is that the National General team is responsive to feedback and works diligently to solve any issues.

The app is functional, but it adds zero value over the website. You can't make a payment in the app. There's no capability to file a claim in the app, it just gives you a phone number to call. There's no capability to request roadside assistance in the app, again, just a phone number. And most egregious of all, 11 years after Apple Wallet was released, this app has no capability to save ID cards to Wallet. What's even the point of this app?
