Hello, I don’t have anything bad to say besides the errors that the app has. I use this app because I am a newly driver and I am on my own insurance policy. This app drops my insurance payment about 120 bucks a month. I pay 560 bucks. If I continue to use this app and get good trips. It keeps lowering my monthly payment for insurance. The stupid errors this app has by saying I was on my phone when I wasn’t. I also have apple carplay in my car so it hits me when I use that as well. I just feel as if the app needs a few updates. Other than that it’s great!

You can’t explain why you have an incident. Like if you have your earbuds in and you receive a phone call while you are driving. You’re driving hands-free and or texting hands-free by saying hey Siri do this for me. I think you oughta be able to have that option on this, but he will not allow you to.

This app is not bad, but one thing I do not appreciate is the fact that I am a nurse and work at night, and I am getting points docked because I need to make sure my patients are okay at nights. The time and day I work to pay my bills shouldn’t affect my score. 😒Also, another option that should be added on our trip type is “passenger used the phone”. I want to keep records of my good driving habits, without being affected when one of my young kid has my phone for whatever reason. They added this option on a different insurance app and you guys should do to!

This app is extremely intrusive into your entire life, no matter what they tell you over the phone… A littlemore than just how you drive, and a little too much information than your insurance company needs to know. You absolutely have to have location on at all times and allow them to access your ‘motion and fitness’ at all times. Even when you are not driving. Plus, the app is still extremely faulty: Accusing you of using your phone while driving when you absolutely did not. Either way, this company is extremely sketchy. I’ll be escalating this with the proper people. Don’t bother calling support. They don’t care.
