We improved Health data handling on iOS 27, so your sleep and rhythm information should stay up to date more consistently. Your rhythm and Optimal Times now sync better, and widgets refresh when your day changes.
Apple Watch complications also received several improvements, including better Pro access, clearer loading states, and chart rendering that works properly with single-colour watch faces.

Now, you can take full control of your sleep history with our new Sleep Manager.
