Grabr is a peer-to-peer marketplace connecting travelers looking to subsidize their trips with shoppers from abroad. Bid to deliver items sold on Amazon and eBay and earn between 15-20% of that item’s total worth.

Make Money Traveling
Visit your favorite cities across Europe and around the world, and earn money as you go. Shoppers request items sold at online retailers like Amazon and eBay, and travelers bid to deliver them on their next trip, often earning 15-20% of the item’s total price in rewards. Filter orders based on your destination and bid on whichever items you want. Meet with your shopper in-person, deliver their item and get paid. Grabr is a go-to way to travel cheaply, and some cases, free!

Shop US Brands
Shop your favorite US brands for less. Create an order for your requested item, and travelers heading to your city will bid to deliver it en route. For ease, Grabr auto-calculates the item’s tax, our service charge and the optimal traveler fee—the amount of money you pay the traveler for delivering your item. Travelers typically buy these items—clothing, accessories, gadgets, collectibles, home goods and more—at online retailers like Amazon and eBay.

Grabr experience!

Esse aplicativo tem me proporcionado muito boas experiências, as passagens para o Brasil partindo dos EUA sao muito caras e quem viaja todo mês como eu definitivamente precisa da ajuda do Grabr para conectar viajantes com compradores e lucrar com essa negociação ao menos o suficiente para o pagamento das passagens! Já viajo a 6 meses com o grabr pagando mensalmente de forma integral por minha lá passagens com essas transações! Super indico

This application has provided me with very good experiences, tickets to Brazil from the USA are very expensive and anyone who travels every month like me definitely needs Grabr's help to connect travelers with buyers and profit from this negotiation at least enough for payment of the passages! I've been traveling for 6 months with grabr paying full monthly for my tickets there with these transactions! Super Indic

Awful customer service

I should start by saying that I love this app and it’s service. It’s awesome until you need customer support. I needed to change my payment information because I closed the account I had on the app and after trying to change that in the app (and failing) I contact the support team. After multiple messages in a few weeks, someone responds that they will look into it. Another month (and more msgs sent to them) and no response, I was about to get a lawyer to get my money back. A couple of days before I meet with the lawyer to see what my options were, I received a marketing email and decided to respond to it—by that point I didn’t want anything to do with the app anymore—and got a response right away. I was then told my money was sent to me to a different account (which I don’t remember giving them because they never respond to my emails) and granted, when I checked it I saw that I did get paid but I have multiple accounts, I wouldn’t know which one to track for the payment. I just think it would only take them a few seconds to tell me where they sent the money. I was almost 2 months trying to get this resolved and it could’ve been done in seconds if they only took the time to respond a message. Again, love the service and will probably use again, but hate their customer service and if I have to deal with that again I will definitely delete the app.

Does not pay out rewards/reimburse costs

Originally, Grabr paid out within a few days (in 2017), lately it changed its policy to up to 15 business days, i.e. takes actually three full weeks after you have delivered the items to get paid. If you add the time between buying and delivering the item you are easily looking at five weeks which would be far from perfect but still acceptable. However, on my second last trip it took several emails and I was only paid days after I should have been paid according to Grabr’s own policy. For my last trip, it’s been 24 business days since I delivered the items and I still haven’t been paid. Grabr owns me a few thousand dollars. Grabr has by now moved to ignoring my emails after initially sending very well drafted emails with very generic excuses. It seems that these excuses were drafted for a large number of users and may very well be purposely misleading. I am very concerned that Grabr is not paying a large number of travelers and that it may very well be unable to pay.
