You have to have BNB to do any kind of transfer or transaction. That’s all well and good because most transactions only cost an equivalent to 25 cents of BNB more or less... but the app only lets you buy BNB in a minimum of $50 increments. If you’re only a few points of a percentage short in BNB, but one of your other currencies is tanking and you want to get out from underneath it, you still need to drop $50 just to get the couple of cents worth of BNB that you need. You can’t even trade other currencies for BNB within the app if you are a few cents short, to make up the difference. The only other option is to buy BNB in a smaller quantity directly from Binance and then transfer it into your Trust Wallet... But that process involves a a four-day hold on Binance’s end. By the time your four days are up, the currency you are trying to trade might have tanked entirely.This app would be much better if you could trade other currencies for BNB within the app, and it back-ended the BNB cost on the transfer.

I started using Trust Wallet upon the recommendation of a fairly new long distance friend who is wealthy and has made a lot of money trading crypto via short term trading. He convinced me to make an early withdrawal from my IRA to do this. He told me to ask about new user bonuses, so I did. I signed up for the smallest one without understanding all of the rules. Basically I had deposited $18k but I had 1 week to deposit a total of $50k or my account would be deleted and Trust Wallet would keep all my money. My friend put $20k in my account as a loan to help me get the incentive, which was nearly 10k. WE DIDN’T KNOW THIS WAS AGAINST THE RULES! I was able to take more money out of my IRA to have $50k total. My friend helped me make some trades that increased my balance. But when I tried to make a withdrawal to pay my friend back, I was told I couldn’t until I deposited another $10k because I broke the rules by allowing someone else to put money in my account. The company who has my IRA started asking questions about why I was taking so much money out. When I explained about trust wallet and my friend, they told me it was a scam. They did not allow me to take any more out of my IRA. The current value of my account at Trust wallet is over $86k, but I stand to lose it all if I cannot come up with more than $10k in the next month. Do your research and learn about all the dumb rules they have before you put any money in this app!!!!!

Before I downloaded this wallet I thought same thing with someone else think that it was pretty good . I don’t know that it is fraud or not . I purchased to buy BNB by my debit card via third party payment ( simplex payment) on last Friday. It took the money right away after submitted . However , it emailed to me and said that the transaction was canceled I will receive my money back within 3 days but I haven’t received any money until now . I emailed to them so many times but they just send me back automatically notes about policies transactions two times. No one took care my emails . Even I just would like to have transaction go through to have some BNB coin to switch to other coins again but no one was available to help my questions . I tried to click on BNb to buy again but it said unavailable so many times . It is frozen now. I know that the simplex payment is the third party but please tell them send back to me my money . With me only a few money that is ok for me to lose it . If they don’t return to me . I’m apologizing to you to give you 1 star because of it . Then I suggest that you guys don’t use the simplex payment for customers anymore if there are so many cases like mine. You guys will lose customers and the businesses in the future.

Moved my crypto (XRP) from the exchange to my trust wallet. When doing so the exchange had numerous safety protocols in place to make sure the transaction was safe. Transfer complete a few day later my crypto was stolen from my Trust Wallet. Even know I had every protection that the Trust Wallet allowed notifications lit everything not one notification of any suspicious activity nothing from Trust whatsoever. Try and contact someone from Trust through their site so many road blocks obstacles next to impossible. With further investigation through A.I. (please do your own research!!) the BBB and numerous other entities have been notified for exactly what happened to me. Numerous Law firms will come up about (unfortunately my amount large to me too minuscule for an attorneys time) I found something that stated they were based in Hong Kong China. Their law states they cannot be sued for more than $100 per individual. So class action lawsuits are worthless. I’ve contacted the FBI and local authorities but unfortunately nothing will ever be recovered. Do your own research!! I’m an everyday Joe with a few thousand dollars lost. ( a lot to me!) so it could happen to you. Please be cautious!!! Developer will say trusted by millions contact their site! Good luck impossible!
