Hello,I am a user, who is totally blind with light perception only. Since I cannot exactly see the light from the camera, however, I do not know where the front facing camera is actually located on my iPhone. There is no tactile marker for that, or the flash, so I cannot accurately use send features to track heart rate. However, my much older Apple Watch is too can’t work with your app either. I will do the best I can, but have no other pulse oximetry data in the form of devices that can load with this app. Very good, voiceover support, by the way. Very good day.

H! To measure your heart rate, our app uses the back camera and the flashlight, not the front-facing camera. Close to the back camera you can tactile the flashlight, and track your heart rate.If you need help, please, contact us at hello@aboutmeapps.com

Alert Function doesn’t have notifications with sound /vibrations

Thought that this would cover Apples gap of not being able to get immediate notifications on low blood oxygen. It did provide a “banner “ notification - but would not provide immediate notification for actions. Need to have a sound or vibrating alerts on IPhone or IWatch … like with all the advertising that hits our watches. I use a CPAP and supplemental O2. However, when I fall asleep without putting my medical equipment on my blood O2 can drop to 78%. On a recent plane trip I fell asleep and was between 84 to 78% oxygen for an extended timeframe. I needed an oxygen alarm to wake me up. Tried to notify the supplier of this app to see if I was doing something wrong - but it was tough to get information back about this item. I have cancelled the subscription. If this app can provide the required alarm / alert … it would be worth the $25 costNo response … garage App … deleted already

First off the icon is almost identical to the actual Apple app icon. I was trying to set up my new watch that I had just purchased. I clicked on this app thinking I was getting the Apple one. Once I realize it was not the apple application, I went in and canceled my subscription. However, it cancels in July 2025. This was done with then too maybe three days from purchase. There’s really no way to contact them. I have now left two messages on the review and I still have not heard anything. So $25 down the drain.July 24 update I did contact the app via email and their response was they didn’t have the technical ability to give a refund. I find it amazing that they have the technical ability to do all of these so-called wonderful things with thin the app itself, but can’t give a refund.Stay far far far away from this app.

First off the icon is almost identical to the actual Apple app icon. I was trying to set up my new watch that I had just purchased. I clicked on this app thinking I was getting the Apple one. Once I realize it was not the apple application, I went in and canceled my subscription. However, it cancels in July 2025. This was done with then too maybe three days from purchase. There’s really no way to contact them. I have now left two messages on the review and I still have not heard anything. So $25 down the drain.July 24 update I did contact the app via email and their response was they didn’t have the technical ability to give a refund. I find it amazing that they have the technical ability to do all of these so-called wonderful things with thin the app itself, but can’t give a refund.Stay far far far away from this app.

I need to have keep a consistent eye on my blood oxygen for medical reasons. I got an Apple Watch 8 series with the excitement of being able to do so whenever/where ever. I wanted to have a face widget that just showed it since the pre installed app had to be pushed and it would measure and show you. This I can just glance or that was the hope. It worked at first but has been stuck at 95% for months. I’ve given up with the app from this company though because I purchased the bundle with the temperature and it never worked on the watch despite following all the directions and even emailing support. Nothing works quite right and now I’m disappointed that I spent money on the apps. I want to like them but the app creators need to fix quite a few bugs.
