The Built Inspect App empowers inspectors to complete draw inspections directly from their mobile devices to deliver real-time inspection results to lending institutions. This app allows you to easily organize, schedule and manage your inspections right at your fingertips! Easily inspect properties by taking photos, track construction progress and record comments for lenders while on the construction site. The Built Inspect App removes the need for outdated paper inspection sheets! Inspections will be saved in areas of poor service & automatically submitted once connected to WiFi or cellular data, reducing upload issues - and allowing the inspector to complete inspections anywhere. Features: Offline inspection mode for easy upload in remote locations Access to your device’s camera to upload photos (including zoom functionality) Review of previous progress, new progress and what specific items changed affiliated with the project budget Access to lock box/gate code combinations to gain property access Ability to call, text or email project contacts, including builder and borrower Rescheduling functionality to manage inspections Submission of inspection report on-site in seconds Inspector Notepad: Personal section for the inspector to serve as reminders, store additional property information, add contact information, etc.
