Ironically won't refund my money

I thought when getting this app it would be able to find my subscriptions and then make it easier to cancel them. You need to add all your accounts with your login info for each. Way too cumbersome and I was also hoping to potentially find accounts I have forgotten about. I unfortunately realized this app won't work for me as soon as I purchased the subscription. I immediately requested a refund - but they were zero help and Apple denied my request. I'm not sure how that's even possible- I never used a single feature of the app. If you're looking for a company who will do the right thing by their customers - this isn't one. F-

First of all, we are sorry for the situation you are experiencing. Yes, you had to enter your subscriptions manually in our application. However, we have added our Gmail feature and with this feature we can find your subscriptions automatically. What we can do in the refund process is to help you, but Apple makes the final decision independently of us and there is nothing we can do about it. If you still have not received a refund, we would like to give you a some free usage right to eliminate this grievance if you email addres to support@subee.app 🙂

Don’t fall for the “helpful” new gmail feature- it pulls in ton of subs you don’t even have, and even worse, when you click on one it either says “we are handling refunds for this company”- and then nothing happens, or, for ALL of the others, it just tells you to go cancel on those apps. Oh and the costs for the subscriptions are all wildly off. Don’t bother. Seriously.
