This update is mostly about working where the signal is bad. • Fixed: opening the app with no signal could leave you stuck on "Restoring your sign-in". It now takes you straight to your schedule. • Fixed: opening a visit with no signal replaced it with an error message. It now keeps showing the visit, with a note that it couldn't refresh. • Fixed: changes you made offline now sync within seconds of getting signal back, instead of sometimes taking minutes. • Fixed: if you tapped a task complete and then not-complete while offline, the earlier tap could win. Your last choice now wins. • Fixed: creating a visit by holding a late-afternoon slot on the calendar could set the end time to midnight, before the start time. • Fixed: choosing a second estimate template did nothing — the first one stayed applied. • Fixed: after you create an estimate, the form is now blank for the next one instead of still showing the previous estimate's details. • Fixed: times in notifications now show in your company's time zone. • New: if a change can never be sent, you can now discard it from Sync Issues instead of leaving it stuck.

CrewAssign 1.0.5 - Stay signed in when you lose service. Open the app on a job site with no signal and your schedule is still there. - Schedule from your phone. Admins can create a visit right from the calendar, press and hold an empty slot to book that time, or add one from a job site. - Add tasks while you schedule. FIXED • Opening the app with no signal keeps you signed in and shows your saved schedule; it used to leave you on the sign-in screen. • The "you're offline — the photo will upload" notice goes away once everything has synced. • Creating a second job site starts at the top of a blank form. • Feedback and notification emails reach their inbox again. • A task added on one device shows on another the first time the visit is opened. • Clocking in and out on Android is as fast as on iPhone.

IMPROVED • Notifications say what they are about — the job site, who assigned the task, the visit's time window, your admin's note on a time-off decision — and tapping one opens it. • The app now waits 30 minutes before locking, instead of 5, so putting your phone in your pocket between tasks no longer means signing back in. • Completed tasks show the date and time they were finished. • The Schedule opens on today, and the version and build number are printed at the bottom of the sign-in screen. • Scheduling conflicts name the visit or approved time off that is in the way. FIXED • "Stay signed in on this device" now keeps you signed in. It previously only worked if you had Face ID or Touch ID set up — without it, or if you had declined the Face ID prompt, the app asked for your password every time you opened it. • Opening the app with no signal no longer signs you out. Your session is kept until the app can reach the server, so a dead zone on site costs you nothing. • "Add to Calendar" works on Android again. • The calendar draws each visit at its real length — an eight-hour job was being drawn as one hour. • Clocking in and out records your location, including the clock-out, which could come back empty on a slow signal. The app asks for location once rather than every time. • The dashboard's Workers Today, Overdue and Tasks done this week now count correctly. • Adding a second job site starts from a blank form, and two job sites can no longer share a name. • A task added on one device appears on another straight away. • The materials list shows the newest request first. • A suggestion an admin declines stays in the worker's list, marked Declined, instead of disappearing. • Tapping a push notification opens the screen it is about, including from a locked or closed app. • Date pickers are readable in Dark Mode, and photos upload from the browser again.
