本应用以自然人参与企业登记注册为核心，简化自然人办公流程，有效提高工商登记注册效率，对自然人身份信息做到真实有效。
申请人办理企业登记业务前，需下载“登记注册身份验证APP”提供本人姓名、证件号码、实名认证手机号码以及面部图像等信息，完成身份注册验证。验证通过后，在APP的“账号管理”界面对“是否办理企业登记注册”和“截止日期”选项进行设置，设置为“确定”并在“有效期”范围内的，可以继续办理登记业务。如果确实无法线上完成验证的，可以通过现场人工验证等方式完成实名认证。
