ระบบการให้บริการประชาชนด้วยแอปพลิเคชัน (DSD Application) จัดทำขึ้นเพื่อให้ประชาชนได้รับบริการอันเป็นประโยชน์ที่ส่งตรงจากภาครัฐถึงมือประชาชน ได้อย่างสะดวกและรวดเร็ว
ผ่านโทรศัพท์สมาร์ตโฟน แท็บเล็ต หรือคอมพิวเตอร์ ซึ่ง DSD Application ประกอบด้วย

1.2 สมัครฝึกอบรม/ทดสอบมาตรฐานฝีมือแรงงาน
