EasyBrisk coaches interval walking hands-free. Alternate a few minutes of brisk walking with a few minutes of easy walking, and EasyBrisk tells you when to change pace by voice, by haptics and on your Apple Watch, plans your week, and guides you on a treadmill. Works with Apple Health.
HOW IT WORKS
• Begin with a gentle warm-up, then alternate brisk and easy intervals. Your level sets how many rounds you walk.
• Spoken cues and haptics tell you when to change pace, so you don't need to look at your phone.
• Finding it hard today? Tap Easier to ease the rest of the walk.
PLAN YOUR WEEK
• Choose your walking days and get a reminder at the time you pick.
• Today shows your next walk. Plan shows your week at a glance and lets you adjust it.
APPLE WATCH
• Start on your iPhone or on your wrist. The watch shows the current interval, the countdown and your heart rate, and taps your wrist at every change.
LOCK SCREEN AND DYNAMIC ISLAND
• A Live Activity shows the current interval and the time left while your phone stays in your pocket.
INDOOR AND TREADMILL
• Walking indoors? See a treadmill speed for every interval and get a heads-up ten seconds before each change. Adjust the speeds to suit you.
PROGRESS
• See your brisk minutes week by week and a summary after every walk. With your permission, walks are saved to Apple Health.
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
• No account, no ads, no tracking. Your walks stay on your device.
