Project maps are now on your phone. Open a project's map to see its features as a tree, tap a feature to see its status and release, switch to By role to see the platform through each role's eyes, and watch the map update live as your team changes it.

Fresh new look: a brighter, consistent design across the whole app — clear black buttons, white cards, colourful accents and a new typeface. Notifications are easier to read and act on. Dark mode now follows your choice in the app everywhere, including the status bar.

Made for the new iPhone Duo. Unfold it and every section becomes two panes: your projects beside the tasks of the one you pick, a project's tasks beside the open task and its discussion, your conversations beside the one you are reading, the month beside the day. Fold it and whatever you had open stays open — a half-written comment included. Also in this update: a newer foundation under the hood, with security updates.

Your phone's calendars, your team, and a calendar • See the events from your phone's calendars on the Calendar tab, beside your projects' events and deadlines. Choose which calendars to show; they are read on your phone only and never sent to EazyTask. • Manage a project's team from your phone: add people or invite them by email, change roles, remove members, and share or cancel pending invitations. • Add and remove people on any task straight from the task screen. • New Calendar tab: events and task deadlines across all your projects, with a month view and the day's agenda. • Open an event to see its time, people and call link, join the call, and answer Going, Maybe or Not going for one day or the whole series. • Create and edit events: all-day or timed, repeating daily, weekly or monthly, with invitees and a call link.

You can now see who raised each task — on the task card and inside the task.

Your project is now a board. • Kanban board — tasks sit in To do, In progress, Review and Done columns. Swipe between them on iPhone; on iPad in landscape all four fit side by side. • Move a task — press and hold a card to send it to another column. • My tasks — one tap shows only the tasks assigned to you, with exact counts per column. • Better on iPad — no more empty band under the top tab bar; screens start right beside it. • Task page on wide screens — the task on the left, the discussion on the right. • Faster, smaller and more reliable on slow connections.

Your home screen, rebuilt around your projects. • Projects on Home: your favourite projects (or the ones with the latest activity) as cards with progress, open work by status and the last few things that happened. "Show other projects" and Archived are one tap away. • Home screen widgets: Favorite projects, My tasks and a single project with its open tasks. Long-press the home screen, tap Edit, then Add Widget and search for EazyTask. • Tap a task in Messages to open the task itself, with its discussion. • Simpler navigation: projects live under Home, so the tab bar is now Home, Messages and Profile. • Fixes and polish throughout.

A fresh new look, in light and dark. • Home: a greeting, four numbers that matter today — overdue, due today, waiting on you, and what the team closed this week — and your To do / Doing / Review queues grouped by project. • Projects: search, starred projects as cards with progress, and a star to pin any project. • Task cards: tinted by status, with a bigger title, when the task was created, how many comments it has, and who did the last thing on it. • Project screen: filter tasks by status, see who's on the project, and switch between Tasks and Wiki. • New "+" button next to the tab bar: add a task inside a project, create a project from the Projects tab, or start a conversation from Messages. • Messages: filters for Projects, Tasks and Direct, and conversations as colourful chat bubbles. • Press and hold a message to react, reply or copy it. • Wiki: checklists now show their boxes. • Fixed: some task discussions failed to open.

Project wiki, on your phone Open a project, switch to Wiki, and the whole knowledge base is there: the page tree, a search box, and the pages themselves — headings, lists, tables, quotes, code and images. Reading only in this version; writing and editing stay on the web. Notifications that open the right thing Tap a notification and it takes you to the project, the conversation or the task it is about, instead of leaving you wherever the app happened to be.
