This release introduces a powerful new way to manage your privacy and personal comfort: Control your visibility and interactions: You can now block or unblock coworkers to control how you appear across the platform. Blocked users won’t see you in filters, maps, or coworker lists—giving you more control over your connections. To block a coworker, find them in the Coworkers list, open their profile, click the Follow menu, and select the Block option. The Comfy app has transformed and become Enlighted Connect! Along with our new look, we’ve made enhancements to create a more connected and collaborative workspace for all users. New Features • My Schedule: Bookings are easily accessible from My Schedule in the nav. View bookings for yourself or that you've made for coworkers for today or anytime in the future. (The desk and room booking workflows you're familiar with remain unchanged.) • Follow coworkers: Follow colleagues to easily discover where they have booked desks or rooms. • Profile picture: You can set your profile picture, which coworkers can see in the list and on the map. Customizable Experience • Rearrange homepage cards: Customize what informational cards appear and their order on your homepage. Cards that allow show/hide are disabled by default. Administrators can make some cards sticky and un-editable. • Movable icons: Customize the options that appear in the main navigation. • Your customizations apply across desktop and mobile experiences.
