I can’t believe it. Most of us have never sent a fax since 1999. And AOL instant messaging. Fax machines make that same dial tone. What I mean is if your like me and the receiver only gives you an option to send a letter in the mail. Like 1978, or fax like 1999. But not email because that just makes it too easy and sense. And it cost too nothing. So go pay someone to send a fax. Or subscribe for 9.99 a week. Just to send one fax and be done with faxes. But this app is for people like me. “One hitter quitter” free or if your in profession where you need to receive and send faxes on a daily basis. This app lets you get your own personal fax number and keep it professional. Because sending sensitive info via email is risky. But you can utilize all normal features of a fax machine without having to buy one. I don’t even know where they still sell fax machines. But you can do all that via the app and receivers and senders won’t even know. Plus dedicated separate fax number different from your mobile number. 10/10

Less than a year ago, I paid the $100 for a year subscription. I hardly used it soon after that, but when I recently needed to fax something, to my surprise I was “locked out”, as if my account never existed even though it says there is already an account in that email address, and even when resetting the password numerous times it still will not log me in even with the obviously correct login info. Very shady to disable a paid account so one can no longer use it/send faxes. Unfortunately, I discovered this too late so can’t get a refund/do a chargeback, so my only recourse is to warn others that while this is a great FREE app only for the limited faxes, absolutely DO NOT pay. The fact they only offer a year long, $100 subscription and not anything shorter/cheaper is a red flag I should’ve paid attention to. UPDATE: to add insult to injury, I got notified they unsuccessfully tried to charge me again to continue my “subscription”. I never opted for any sort of automatic billing/renewal, so unless it was the default, the fact they took it upon themselves to try to continue to rip me off for services NOT rendered is totally scummy. Beware and stay far away from the PAID version! SECOND UPDATE: persistent buggers tried to charge me AGAIN unsuccessfully only 3 days after the first attempt. Unbelievable and outrageous!

I have zero experience with sending a fax and F@xburner was designed so simply that a child could have faxed for me. I looked up many options for online faxing and downloaded several of them, only to end up deleting them. I highly recommend F@xburner to anyone needing fax service. I faxed for free today but am considering a monthly subscription since the competitors can’t compete with the low cost of f@xburners service. Having the option to continue with free service for sending an occasional fax was one of reasons I signed up to start with. Update: I had to switch phones because I had problems with my other phone and it was not an easy task to get the FaxBurner to download and work properly on the new phone. However, I will give credit to the quick response from the representative when I emailed her and my fax line is now working. Still recommend but, not happy that I paid for an entire month service and didn’t have it. I feel I should be reimbursed!

I remember the bad old days, when I lacked the means to purchase a Fax Machine. I would trudge in the snow to the local RE Office, or any local business, in order to fax.I would be charged a fee, plus 25c per page.The businesses would save print costs by denying the confirmation page. So I would trudge home to place a phone call, to see if the fax had been received. Nowadays I have two all in one machines and internet. But I remain true to my trusted friend Fax Burner.You may ask why? Well Fax burner is reliable.The service has never failed me, it gives me my individual fax number for others to fax me. The service notify’s me when faxed, it also notifies me of the progress of my faxes with that all important confirmation. All done from my mobile phone, without braving the elements. If my machines or internet fails temporarily, I have no concerns, I have Fax burner. I am so pleased with fax burner and it’s ease of use, I can highly recommend it.
