Circumstances of “Force Majeure” put me in a position without a fax machine and without my credit card. An important deadline on IRS Audit expiring in 27 min, I was panicking, I searched for apps without any confidence in any I was seeing. Time I did not have but I kept scrolling down reading the next. I do not have any idea why I felt good when I read about this app, but I went with it. This is a new phone so was getting ready to call my wife to get credit card number to pay for Fax service, WHICH I had absolutely no time and was now 7 min til expiration for my response and I saw 10 free pages you offered, I had 8 pages minimum and sent one more page to reiterate my point. I could not believe this 10 pages free, I sent 9. I read on every other app how expensive and how many charges they actually incurred. I thought “no way this is going to move this smooth I bet it will not send.” I WAS Wrong, it was so easy and worked very well with archive record showing Time Sent with Copy of Pages Sent, I beat the deadline. I have never written a review in my life, but if I had not gotten this fax off I would of been liable for a very large amount of money that was a mistake and I would of had no way to appeal. SO I am writing this review because THIS FAX app allowed me to provide final documents to close IRS hearing, well not yet but it will lead to the withdrawal of the IRS. My entire Company will be using this service going forward as I have never had anything just work when it was truly needed. THANK YOU.

For people like me who don’t do enough business to warrant having a fax machine with a dedicated number when you need to send or receive a fax on those rare occasions, trying to “borrow” a fax number, even for the occasional use, is extremely inconvenient. I found this and haven’t turned back! No fax machine or dedicated line needed! Just sign up with an email! I’ve used it off-and-on for a year or more. Not all of my doctors use online portals so this is the next best way to send records or make formal requests since email is not secure. This even has a fax cover sheet generator, and you just fill in the blanks! Besides the ease of use, user-friendly interface, and tiered plans with the lowest monthly cost that allows 500 pages per month for $8.99, I love that you are not locked into a contract. You can come and go—start and stop service—whenever you need to; granted, they will only hold your fax number on an unpaid account for so long (don’t remember exactly how long but maybe 30-45 days I think, with added time to get your fax number back) but that has not been a problem for me. When I went too long without using it, I just picked a new number, and it was fine. This service is so worth it when you are an occasional fax user!

I’ve never had a fax app that works so well and cost so little. I am going through a difficult process with the US government and they are fax fax friendly I mean fax from my everything‘s got to be sent via fax. So with this program I can easily scan my documents put them in a file upload them or take a picture no matter how I want to attach it it is faxed and it sends a confirmation which I love. And it sends it right to your email that everything is done and you can show that it was successfully completed this is a good feeling that your information has been transmitted correctly to the right folks. And I’m on a pension and this is a very again a very good price for the number of pages that you can fax for $10 is incredible. Good luck going to the UPS or USPS and doing a three dollar per page when it’s only penny per page here.

I have been going back and forth with one of your support team members and was provided different types of information and as soon as I provided screenshots of my options and what the AI bot in your app told me could happen (they can assign the number since it was a payment/assignment issue on their end, or if within 24 hrs of purchase can provide refund) she stopped responding. So I told them I would either like the number that I paid for (Akron, OH 330) applied to my account or a refund, One minute she tells me someone already purchased the number that I was purchasing during payment and I can change it for free, then she tells me I have to pay to change it, then she tells me the number that I wanted was on backorder and you guys provided me the closest number to my area andI’m going to have to pay to change it ( which was a lie because 1. The number provided wasn’t even in my state and 2. anytime I went in to look at changing the number to a 330 number there were many options to choose from. I just had to pay for it.. again!) then in a separate email it just so happened to be the same support person and she said she could fix it if I provided proof of my account and payment so I sent screenshots, guess what! I didn’t get a response, so then I sent the same screenshots but in pdf format to make sure they got them and guess what still no response, so 3 hours after purchasing and the worst support experience ever, you guessed it! I cancelled. I have also submitted a refund request through Apple support bc if you can’t even handle something this simple and you are deceiving consumers you don’t deserve my money every month. Very disappointing and misleading.
