Enhancements Global - Supported links now open in the app if you have it installed. Tasks - Tasks are now available to view and complete in the Full Sail One Mobile App. - Tasks are accessed from the home screen widget or the account menu. - Tasks display in list view and support filtering by status and category. - You can search Tasks by Task name. - You can download and upload files related to Tasks from their mobile device. - You can access individual Tasks from a direct link. - Tasks that link to other platforms open in the in-app browser, including Docusign, SmarterMeasure, Formstack, and Full Sail Online (LMS). - Reopened Tasks now display a red exclamation point to highlight items that need attention again. - Esign Task is updated to make the Esign choice clearer. If you have not completed the Esign Task, you will continue to see it first when navigating to Tasks. You can change your Esign selection and resubmit at any time. Miscellaneous - File downloads from the Mobile App now complete successfully with files properly saving to the device’s downloads folder. - File downloads in the Mobile App now show clear progress indicators and respond reliably to taps. - Downloaded files can now be accessed directly from the Mobile App via a system notification, making it easier for you to open files right after download. - Various UI/visual bugs have been fixed.

Staff/Faculty Enhancements Support - Staff and Faculty will now submit technical support tickets in Full Sail One. - Staff and Faculty who are also students or alumni will have the ability to submit administrative tickets. - Request category field to added for technical tickets for better routing to support teams. - Building and room fields appear when users select location-dependent request categories. - Staff and Faculty can add up to 6 staff members to receive email updates on the ticket. - Minor copy and UX adjustments to improve usability and accessibility.
