Plant details now show the area of the garden the plant is in - making it clearer which plant you're looking at if you have the same plant in different areas of the garden.

This release adds a location to the garden details.

This release implements the missing garden location information - gardens are now listed showing the location in a town-region-country format.

This release makes some usability improvements: A 'Done' button is added to garden / area / plant edit, so it's quicker to save and go back to the previous view. Tapping 'Back' will still being up a save dialog, so you can discard and changes you don't want. The default Name in new plants and areas is removed, so it doesn't need to be deleted before adding your own plant name.

This release fixes 2 bugs, one that prevented dates from being edited, and another that caused the garden MapView to behave strangely after zooming followed by screen rotation. These were reported by a user - we really appreciate feedback on the app performance, and improvement suggestions!

This release brings a new layout to Plant Tags. Adding Plant Tags into your Garden Map is a great way to keep the tag information, when the physical tag is lost. Plant Tags are also a great way to save a plant purchase receipt - just in case!

This release fixes some frustrating instabilities in garden map editing

We've added a 'Best Fit' orientation option to the garden map view, so elongated garden shapes will be rotated to best use the available screen space. Map orientation can be switched back to 'North Up' from the top right menu in the garden map view.

We have renewed our subscription offering. Now there is no limit on the number of gardens or plants you can create without a subscription. The new 'Cloud Garden' subscription plan gives you access to your garden on other devices, the ability to share your garden, and automatic backup of your garden.

We made some updates so GardenMap is now great on Apple Silicon (M1) Macs, as well as iPhone and iPad - a mouse and keyboard make creating your garden map a breeze! If you have an Apple Silicon Mac you can find GardenMap in the App Store.

Plants can now be edited directly from the garden plant list and area plant list (as well as from the garden map), which can make it much faster to make a quick update to a plant.

Now you can make a more realistic representation of your garden by easily changing the size of plants in the garden map.

We've given GardenMap a new brain! The app looks the same, but behind the scenes there's been a transformation, building good foundations for things to come!
