So this game is great. I had a lot of fun, even when going through the most stressful frustrating obstacles. Getting to the end then falling all the way back to the beginning was definitely frustrating but I honestly kinda enjoyed it because it gave me a sense of accomplishment when I finally completed it. There are two major bugs, however, that make the game so much more frustrating than it is. First, a lot of times when I would close the game, when I opened it later my hammer would be glitches into the wall. Usually it would be fixed when I reloaded the game, but sometimes I would have to start a new game completely. The second major bug happens after you complete the game. I have finished it 3 times now, and each time I had to delete the game and redownload it to play again. If I skipped the end credits and then started a new game, it would just bring me back to the start of the end credits and I would have to delete the game to play again. If I watched the end credits all the way through and then started a new game, it would just bring me to a black screen that I can’t get rid of unless I delete the app. Overall, this game is very good, I just that it is not meant to really be on mobile. If these bugs are fixed, I think it would be a much better game to play.

As coming from a person who has beaten the game i would say that it is one of the best games on mobile i have ever played, It can get frustrating at times but i feel like thats the point of the game and if you can get over the fact that hitting a bucket at the wrong angle could put you back at the beginning then you probably will have a much more enjoyable time than most. Even with things like that this game is still amazing and i feel like the voice acting in it makes it even better, I would definitely recommend this game to anyone. One bug I found that has caused me trouble is that I will close the game and then when i open it back up my hammer is stuck inside of an object, Normally just by swinging a lot you can get unstuck but sometimes your softlocked and have to start a new game, Forgetting this and another bug that i never got but many people have where when they load the game back up they are stuck on a black screen, I easily would have given this five stars.

As of writing this I am currently at the bucket. I am having this glitch where I literally cannot do anything because Diogenes (the guy in the cauldron) constantly tries to get on top of the bucket without me touching the screen and then pushes me off. Like pushes the side of the bucket. I can’t explain it better than that and I basically controls the hammer. I straight up can’t do anything.Also right after the cardboard boxes where you are at the stairs with the chair and camera. Right on the bottom where the stairs meet I got my hammer stuck there and the first time it glitched me out and basically restarted me (but I easily got back cuz of the amount of times I fell before that) but the second time I used the glitch to my advantage. I was in the middle of probably being sent back to the beginning and then I shut off the game and went back onto it. It got me to right before the anvil and hat. Thanks for the boost glitch Ig..But the bucket part for me is probably near impossible because of the fact Diogenes wants the bucket instead of the cauldron. Btw I’m realizing this sounds fake but I feel like I’m the only person with this issue. I can’t find anything about it. It’s done it every time I get the hammer onto the bucket. It attempts to do it but then fails but I seen it successfully get onto the bucket only to push himself off.

After getting both achievements on PC and beating it a couple times on mobile, I saw this game on Apple Arcade as well. As the original mobile port had easy controls I thought that this would be a walk in the park. Instead I was met with a buggy mess of a game. The game has already been ported to mobile quite well and yet this Apple Arcade “plus” version of the game manages to degrade it. There was no feeling of control as even the slightest movement would send the hammer flying and Diogenes as well. I had praised the original game for its precise control and this version does away with it entirely. Why change the controls from the original mobile port when they were already so finely tuned? After a long twenty minutes I was able to get to the top only to find that when I tried to play again that I was met with a black stream with only the sound of the water in the beginning of the game. No inputs would do anything and the game would refuse to play. I would be fine with it if all that was added for the Apple Arcade version was the game center leaderboard but the unprompted tweaking of the already fine controls just makes this version seem cheap. I can get behind a quick buck for a indie dev but come on. If you want to play this game it would save you a lot of time to just buy the 5 dollar normal version on the AppStore or play it on PC like intended.
