Great App Needs Sole Color Changes

A great app used by my kid’s school for tracking volunteer hours over the year. I’m still not getting push notifications but it might be user error on my end.One thing that could be improved is the colors on the stats page. The white lettering on light grey background makes it impossible to read. Hopefully an update will fix that very shortly.It would be nice to be able to link accounts among a family to be able to see a family grand total of hours and broken down by hours per family member.

We have been using the Helper Helper app for our non profit volunteer procurement and scheduling for the past 2 months. This is a very simple to use app, for administration and for the volunteer sign up process (procurement). So helpful to be able to describe and offer opportunities to others and it is working. We’ve seen a significant increase of our volunteer base and we are hopeful and expecting to receive many more benefits. Thank-you for creating this app!

I’m not sure why but it seems to take a long time to process approval requests and it isn’t possible to enter a date range for long term volunteering which makes a commitment appear as if all hours happened continuously. It’s also somewhat inconvenient for a volunteer supervisor to go onto the app and approve hours which is a barrier to having them approved.
