So far so good. Question actually. Can I set up a new HSBC transfer to new payee on the App? I looked other day but I didn’t know how and it seemed not possible. Thank you.
Credit card rewards
I’ve been a BoB/HSBC customer for more than 50 years and I just learned about your credit card rewards program. Maybe it’s my fault
, but I’m so sorry that I have missed probably thousands of Dollars in rewards. You should ensure your customers are aware of the program.
Good but...
I’m generally happy with the app but really wish it was possible to initiate new transfers. It would also be nice if I could see the balance of my commercial account even if not able to perform transactions.
