First off, thank you for finally updating this app so I can use it on the latest iOS version. I had to leave my iPad un-updated to use it for before bed. I paid for the full version, so I was kind of bummed that it had lost functionality on my phone for a bit, there!I began using this app (free version, with a few a la carte tracks I’d purchased along the way) while trying to heal myself from PTSD brought on by a difficult marriage/divorce and some health issues and right away I noticed positive changes in my outlook. After realizing I was using it a lot, I purchased the full version - I highly recommend it and believe it’s worth every penny! Around June of 2020, almost two years after I downloaded the app, my appetite began decreasing. There was no medical explanation for it, nor had there been any changes in my mental health. But I had been choosing the custom “Weight Loss” track on several occasions to play while I was going to sleep. I’m not 100% certain that this is the reason for the change or if it’s attributed to normal aging, but either way, the app is helpful in keeping me mindful. The voice used is extremely comforting, also, and the customization of selected tracks (especially the “Parenting Skills/Confidence” which I use when I’m hitting a rough patch being a single mom) is very, very helpful!Thank you for making this available at a reasonable price. Excellent (and FREE!) hypnosis sessions with a ton of additional content and resources. I tried a number of different hypnosis apps, and I find these are the best sessions available. This app functions very well and is straightforward and intuitive in its design. The audio files are quick to download and still maintain great audio quality. The sound effect and light background music when in a hypnosis session are really effective and soothing, and now that I have done a number of sessions, just hearing them automatically sets my mind and body into relaxation mode right away. I use this app during the day if I just need to take things down a notch, or if I wake up at night and just want to super relax. There are so many content options that I haven’t even scratched the surface, and the way this app organizes it all really works well and makes it simple to find things. Just download it and give it a try. It may not be your cup of tea, but you have nothing to lose and potentially a ton to gain. Having this app ready and available on your device/phone is a great step towards peace and relaxation. Many thanks to the team that put this together and keeps adding to its great features. First and foremost, I love this app. The long sleep ones help me fall asleep quickly every time I use it and I almost always wake up refreshed. The message to your subconscious is clear and easy to take on-board - you can do what you are setting out to do (that’s not literally what is said, but it is the message that reaches me consistently) Whatever you choose to listen to, you will hear a positive and affirming message to help you reach that goal. I only have the tiniest critique - there are some of the sessions that have a mechanical sounding voice, and those actually wake me up. If they wake me, I switch to another session (different topic) right away- and then I fallback to sleep easily, waking up refreshed.During the day, If I am stressed out (or anxious, or some other big emotion), I can take a short break and go to my car, and I listen to a short session. I don’t listen to it every night, so I’m not “addicted” to listening to it to fall asleep or to de-stress during the day. This is a tool I use, and it seems to help me feel capable (successful, less stressed, you name it) for a long time after using it. This app is well worth the small annual fee, and I recommend it highly. No gimmicks, just a year subscription. Thank you Mr. Clough for making this, I truly appreciate it.

I have been using Joseph Clough Hypnosis app for many years now! Because of him I no longer claim anxiety and I haven’t been depressed in years. Are used to feel very hopeless until I learned a lot about limitless thinking and how important your belief system is. Listening to his podcast has made me a more positive person and my quality of life has been amazing! I owe this man. so much more then when he’s giving me! It feels like a mother‘s unconditional love whenever I hear his podcast. I am learning so much I even thought of maybe I should be a hypnotherapist so that people can just be educated about how your thoughts really do control your emotions. I learned so much about neurolinguistics and CBT because of Joseph Clough that when I have this conversation with some psych majors they are quite impressed that a young African American /afro Caribbean girl like me can understand so much about these topics. I do owe you the world Joseph! I hope that good energy you put out there meeting you tenfold. You have no idea what kind of impact in my life! I would also like to mention that I listen to your be your potential audiobook. 🙏🏽 I swear you were like a answered prayer.
