This app works great. One frustration I had was the unskippable loading animation that used to be present on opening the app. The time to use would accumulate throughout the day.The developer response was to remove the animation in a future update which I greatly appreciate. It shows the developer cares. Thank you HYPR!(This will change to 5/5 stars when the update is released. To my knowledge it has not been released yet.)

This app works great. I use HYPR every day for work — whether than is authenticating into my devices during business hours, or showcasing the product to potential customers. HYPR is straightforward from a design standpoint. The intuitive UX and functionality make using the app a very pleasant experience. There are no hiccups, unclear interface copy, or anything that would make the app confusing to a newcomer. A quick rundown of the features to navigate the app is enough to suffice; once you get the motions down, it becomes second nature.It’s also pretty cool to never ever have to enter a password anywhere. I can use this single app to login into any device that is registered to me that maintains the level of security I am looking for.I have yet to find something that truly competes with HYPR’s phishing-resistant MFA offering *and* has such a clean user experience at the same time. Definitely recommend if you’re considering a solution for your workforce or even your consumers!

Works but annoying noise

As an end user, this solution is useful and seem less but there is an annoying high pitched ring every time you unlock your computer with the iPhone app. The noise makes me not want to use this solution. I found out that turning off my phone ringer silences the noise but is something I have to remember to do because I typically have my ringer on. There is no way to change the noise in the app and is not affected by my notification settings. If there can’t be an in app setting to turn off the noise, I think it should be disabled all together because I don’t see a purpose.

Unexpectedly fast and easy

I was worried when our company announced that we would be using the HYPR app to passwordlessly access Okta, our laptops, etc because it is more secure but it is actually easier! I use it to log into my laptop — just hit a button and look at my phone for the biometric part. And then when I open Okta or some other application I am automatically logged in.

This update introduces key enhancements to improve your authentication experience, along with stability improvements and bug fixes.
