Description
Available as a single-use token application supporting Truist commercial and corporate clients using digital services. Truist Authenticator app is used for multi-factor authentication to provide an extra layer of verification and allow users to securely login to their account using their registered mobile device. In addition to your username and password, you’ll need a code generated by the Truist Authenticator app on your phone to login to your account.
Features:
• Help protect your account by using a PIN or your preferred biometric trait (depending on your device capabilities).
• Generate verification codes without a data connection
• Must be activated by scanning a CRONTO image (QR code) containing one-time activation credentials.

Still broken after all these years
I can’t believe that Sun Trust now Truist can’t get an effective functioning wire transfer system in place.
I have so many hoops to jump through because of their tech problems it’s ridiculous and this has been going on for years.
I thought once they got rid of IBM trusteer we might see some improvement or a lot of improvement. Nope, same old problems I have to hunt for which browser will actually let me log into the treasury management website today it happens to be fire fox. I made the mistake of updating this app a couple days ago and apparently now this app doesn’t work so I can’t send my wire today so what should’ve taken one minute will again take hours to resolve because of the problems that are created from this.

Does not work since iOS16
Have not been able to log in since newest IOS update. Constantly scans Face ID but never logs in. Have not been able to check bank transactions in 3 days, horrible for business. Have reached out to Truist Treasury VP and they do not have a fix yet. Will be looking at other corporate bank options, customer service has disappeared since Merger.
Now Fixed
I needed this app so gave it a try in spite of all the most recent reviews saying it is totally broken on iOS 16. Version 1.7.0 works for me on an iPhone 12 mini. Evidently it has been fixed for 3 months.
