PINACLE Pass® provides a secure, convenient alternative to carrying your physical token. Token passcodes generated with the PINACLE Pass App can be used on the PINACLE® desktop site and the PINACLE Mobile App any time a token passcode is required. Once a system administrator has assigned a mobile token to your Operator ID, you will be able to log in to the PINACLE Pass App to activate your token. After activation, and then anytime you open the app, you will see the one-time passcode needed for authentication. For questions or support, contact Treasury Management Client Care via telephone (1-800-669-1518) or via email (tmcc@pnc.com). PNC does not charge a fee for this application. However, third party message and data rates may apply. A supported mobile device is needed to use the PINACLE Pass App. Certain other restrictions may apply. Great but can’t transfer

This is a great secure app to use for your business accounts but there’s no way to transfer the app data to a new phone? I just upgraded my phone and when I log in, I can’t use the already established token in my account….now I have to carry an extra phone to and from work just to work. A bit inconvenient for anyone who breaks, loses or upgrades their phone.

Great App, BUT IT WILL KILL YOUR BATTERY

Overall this is a great app. My one and only complaint is that if it is left running on your phone in the background, it will quickly drain your battery. The battery statistics from today showed on screen for 1 min and in the background for 10h 10m with a battery usage of 51%. My battery was fully charged and after the 10 hours, it was down to 59% with the only other app open being my email.

App worked well until they updated it to no longer work on devices with operating systems before iOS 16.6. No warning…just one day it updated and now I can no longer do anything with ach payments for my business. Thanks for nothing. If I could get reimbursed for the time I will now need to spend trying to figure out an alternative…. Or perhaps for the new mobile device I will need on hand solely for accessing the ach facet of pinacle…… it’d be welcomed!

Constantly closes or does not allow data entry when attempting to input data. You have to consistently close the app in Order to complete a simple task. They should have used a basic 3rd part authentication app. If were possible to give it zero stars I would. Terrible app user experience, I wonder how this even got pass a proper QC.
