Still not working for American Numbers

It’s pretty telling that even though they have know of this issue for years now, they have yet to resolve the issue with American numbers. Why do I even need an account to buy a ticket? No other travel app or website in the country of Italy (that I’ve used) requires this. The number they have for app support does not work and the email is non-responsive other than the automatic reply. If you have a US phone number and find yourself in a situation where you need to use an Arriva bus, go to any tabacco shop in the area and they will be able to sell you a ticket.

Problem remains even after one year, the txt messages are never received even after trying three different numbers. I am a software platform architect myself, surprised how someone can put an App that fails on the basic onboarding of users. For dev people, don’t expect your users to contact support just to onboarding themselves, most will just balk.

This site is woefully poor and clunky. As others have said, US #’s and email will not register so unable to complete a log in & create an account to purchase tix In Venice. A hassle not worth your time. Buy the tix you need at any to tobacco shop and forget about this app.
