Please update the iPad app to include more features that are on the phone and web app I gather. This includes but is not limited to. -Freezing a card-Accessing and adding cards to digital wallet(went through a never ending loop on this one)-Finding an extended list of past purchases and deposits (iPad app is some useless in finding an extended history)

I love the Greenfield Savings Bank. Although by all intents and purposes, I am a number, it doesn’t feel that way. And, I appreciate that GSB are so on top of the newest technologies. This is the easiest and most secure banking app ever!!

I got this app for the convenience aspect..it’s not very convenient. More often than not the app is down and unavailable for basic things like say..checking your balance! They have a mobile deposit feature that I never use, because GSB is very touchy about how mobile deposits are accepted.I used love this bank, but the inconvenience of the app along with the hoops you have to jump through to use it really test my patience.Download if you need convenience..sometimes.
