I never managed to quickly finish the task as any human being would expect. Never found the exact parking point on the app… and always need to select the nearest available sign which could be on a different street. The app leaves you completely uncertain and every time used I must keep snapshots in case a fine was issued. I was never fined but also I was never comfortable on every occasion. What makes it so hard to fix such simple job!!!

No peace or mercy upon you.. One of the worst companies in terms of service and organization.. Bad application and services that can be described as very bad at the very least.

Since cars are central to life in Saudi Arabia, I am not comfortable with a private entity managing the whole thing. They have few slots in neighbourhoods with many cars. They block access to freely available parking spaces. They block access to roads where you might easily get free parking spaces. They tow away cars as a source of revenue.I don’t know how people who can’t afford the additional cost in Jeddah will move around. Unlike Dubai, there is no public transportation in Jeddah. It doesn’t matter even if you have a car. It will be very hard to find a free spot because everyone needs to park and there aren’t enough spaces. I don’t even understand what benefit they bring to the city. They aren’t increasing parking capacity. There is no improved safety. This whole thing is just a rich guy using power to earn a good income. Ppl aren’t rating this app down because the app is bad. This whole thing is bad.

As soon as i opened the app and enabled my location, it went to mecca, which i wasn't in that area at that time, and there was lack of instructions so i was very confused and i did not have coins with me, also my card was always “not valid” So this app had no use, i went around asking about the machine which turns out i needed a card for which i did not have and by the time i found out how to do it the time zone already finished, so i dont recommend this app.
