I had ordered the 20 piece nuggets on the app and even paid for it, which was $7. Upon arriving at the place where the order was placed the manager claimed that it never went through and so my father had to argue for my already very much paid set of chicken nuggets and i needed to show the proof of payment otherwise they would have never given my order. Please fix this and have orders actually register and appear in the machine when going to pick up. It was so embarrassing, if i hadn’t screenshot both the price/order and number for my order they likely wouldn’t have given me my food. I just want this app to be an easier way to buy food.
Can’t order because location can’t be selected

Tried to order online without downloading the app since I’m not from here and I couldn’t order anything because it kept redirecting me to the location tab but when you try to click on the restaurant you want to order at nothing happens. You can favorite the location and see hours in the details but nothing else on that tab works. I got the app finally after several attempts to figure it out and the app has all the same issues. Useless.
You shouldn’t have update it in the first place

Why do you try to update to the same app from the united state ? Why? What the point ? You can’t even buy, nor doing a pick up nor do anything is the worst app I ever seen. If you trying to get more clients good luck with that because I won’t buy it from you anymore, thanks for nothing
