So much better!

Way easier to order like I do in the restaurant! I am particular with how I like my food and have avoided ordering in the app in the past because it was impossible to get it my way. With this update, I’ll be skipping the lines and ordering online more often!

Terrible update

This was a really well-made app and I was always really impressed with it. Now it’s been ruined. As others have mentioned, you have to re-sign up, which is insanely out-of-touch.
Additionally, so many links take you out of the app and force you to sign in using a web browser.

There’s also no way to scan receipts, within the app, Apple Pay is missing, and the rewards system itself has changed, too.

Please listen to your customers and revert to the old app. It doesn’t matter how much money you’ve put into the new system/provider, dump them and go back to what works while you can.
After reverting to the old app, consider features that add value to the app, instead of taking it away:
- Sign-in with Apple.
- Apple Wallet pass for scanning rewards.
- Apple Pay for online orders.
- Home Screen widget showing available points/rewards.
- Siri Shortcuts.

There are so many ways you can add to an already great app. It doesn’t make sense why you would decide to use an entirely new system. If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.

P.S. Please stop asking for tips on pick-up orders or orders in general, just pay your employees fairly. Your customers already paid for their food, if you can’t manage your finances well enough based on what you charge then you have bigger issues than this app.

App Change is Terrible

I had $16 dollars worth of points on the app and when I went to use the at the store I had to update the app and link my old account. Luckily I was able to do that, but not able to use it during the visit. I was just l gonna scan my recent for the points, but now that’s not an option anymore apparently. And when I got my account linked they completely changed how the rewards work. Now I’m only able to get 1 free entree which is worth about $10 where I am at instead of my $16 worth. So I lost out on almost half my points and couldn’t teen points for the order I just made. Wish I would’ve have know this was gonna happen. I would have spent points before I lost them
