Some of the stores offer curbside pickup on the app but don’t actually offer it in person. You couldn’t even order off the app for the first month or so at the store I go to because it didn’t list any options Line drive thru or curbside pick up. You could continue with the order because you couldn't select a pickup option.

The app is overall pretty easy to navigate, but if you’re ever trying to scan it at the drive through to receive points or use card payments, there always seem to be problems. I’ve tried several times to have them scan my app for payment, but employees will tell me it has to be scanned before ordering and the next day they tell me it has to be scanned after (but it never works if done after the order). I have held up the line for 5 minutes before just because they couldn’t figure it out and I had no other form of payment other then what was on the app. 🤷‍♀️

It’s super easy to order on this app, but not easy to submit orders. I tried ordering on a Wednesday night for a pick up on Thursday morning, but every time I went to submit the app asked me to confirm pick up on Wednesday. However, I had clearly chosen a Thursday pick up. I never ended up submitting the order because I didn’t want to deal with the mix-up in the morning, and when I called the store directly, no one ever answered. Also, it wouldn’t let me use left over gift card money and a credit card to pay - it was either one or the other. That wasn’t helpful. I don’t think I can trust the app yet.
