When you have an ice option and nothing is checked gives the consumer an indication that they won’t get ice, so they click on an option that they won’t like. Also, this app doesn’t have an option to add extra of an item that’s checked. Also, the location I frequent doesn’t have curbside on site but has it in the app as an option.

The app is overall pretty easy to navigate, but if you’re ever trying to scan it at the drive through to receive points or use card payments, there always seem to be problems. I’ve tried several times to have them scan my app for payment, but employees will tell me it has to be scanned before ordering and the next day they tell me it has to be scanned after (but it never works if done after the order). I have held up the line for 5 minutes before just because they couldn’t figure it out and I had no other form of payment other then what was on the app. 🤷‍♀️

It’s super easy to order on this app, but not easy to submit orders. I tried ordering on a Wednesday night for a pick up on Thursday morning, but every time I went to submit the app asked me to confirm pick up on Wednesday. However, I had clearly chosen a Thursday pick up. I never ended up submitting the order because I didn’t want to deal with the mix-up in the morning, and when I called the store directly, no one ever answered. Also, it wouldn’t let me use left over gift card money and a credit card to pay - it was either one or the other. That wasn’t helpful. I don’t think I can trust the app yet.
