I want to give a shot out to Julio and his whole team for the amazing service that they provided great friendly environment. Great prices they have everything you need and they have great merchandise as well. All sorts of flavors teas coffees, fresh fruit to add to your drinks, you name it I just had my bariatric surgery and they had something for me and not only just one but multiple things they’re gonna make my transition a little easier for me and I think that whole team there for making my recovery a lot easier and better and I am thankful because they are a part of my success now for providing this thank you Julio for everything and your amazing team. We will be seeing each other a lot more.

I absolutely love HTeaO, but I am disappointed in the app update. I always save up my points to get a free gallon. I went to claim my reward and accidentally selected the wrong reward. There is no way to undo it… I even asked the sweet manager at our local location, and she wasn’t able to undo it either. What doesn’t make sense to me is the rewards go in this order - 50 points (half price on cup of tea), 100 points (free gallon), 75 points (free mini gallon/cup of tea). I should have read more carefully, but I selected the bottom option thinking the highest point value would be the last reward - no. The highest value reward was in the middle. What? Once I selected the incorrect reward, there was no undoing the error. My frustration is NOT in the quality of the tea, the service, or the pricing. My frustration is with the app and #1 the order of the rewards (should be from lowest to highest… organizing it the way they have seems sneaky and intentional) and #2 the inability to undo once you claim a reward. At least other apps allow you to change the reward you select. Yes it may take a day or two to update in the app, but I would rather that than lose the reward I worked towards.

I am so annoyed by this app in that it will send a notification that makes whatever they’re pushing sound really intriguing, but I can only read a portion of it because that is how notifications work right? To get you to click on the app and look at what they’re pushing. So I click aaaaand straight to my same old boring home page with absolutely no access to whatever new thing they were talking about. So annoying. So much so that I just close the app frustrated. 🙄Order ahead and rewards work fine. Hence the 3 stars. But if you’re going to send me a notification make sure it’s something I can finish looking at when opening the app. Then we’ll talk about a 5 star review. Also. Your new you’ve got mail section. Once I read it take away the red dot. I keep thinking I have a new message and nope same one I’ve seen every time I open the app.

If you’ve never been to this place you should definitely go. They have all kinds of tea-sweet/unsweet. So many flavors to choose from & you mix/match your own flavors. The staff is beyond outstanding. You feel like you’re the only customer in the store. They have all kinds of snacks & great merchandise as well. You won’t regret going here & trying new flavors & of tea & coffee. It’s always the best place for a great pick me up & made to feel so special!! I guarantee you won’t be disappointed.
