I want to love this app but...

First two times using the app order came correct, last three times it was a huge disappointment. I don’t know why you are given the option to add notes on your order if food arrives however the cooks pleases. I do not know if drivers are able to read these notes and they just don’t verify the order or if app do not populate these notes to them. Also app glitches and sometimes after you have an order on cart and are trying to checkout it states you have no items on and you have to recreate order. Once you check your order there’s no way you can go into the details of your order. I want to love the app since it’s a service which it’s needed but I feel I’m wasting my money on food that doesn’t come how I order and I don’t want to wait for another 40 minutes to an hour so mistake can be fix. When you’re hungry, you’re hungry! Wishing you guys can improve service either by asking more from the restaurant you add or fixing glitches from app. Hope this review helps.

This app is a zombie. When you order the food NONE of the details get passed to the store. I ordered an item that can be ordered as wrap or sándwich. Store isn’t informed of the choice. Plus, I added avocado to the order ($2). The store isn’t notified and the app keeps the money. Their refunds page is offline/404, their phone line is disconnected and their chat line never responded. Avoid

I tried this application today for the first time and I’m extremely happy with my experience. The selection of restaurants is unparalleled, the ease of ordering unexpected and the delivery process was exceptional. While on government imposed quarantine, I was able to enjoy sushi from my favorite sushi restaurant (Umai) with no issues in the process. It was delivered fairly fast and in perfect order. If that was not enough, the delivery was FREE! I thank you for making this quarantine a little less stressful by making it possible to treat myself today.

Horrible experience waited two and a half hours for my order.

First I called the restaurant and they told me that my order was ready at 7:20 (1 hr after submitting the order) I wrote to my driver that my order was ready just in case I had made any mistake. She told me that she had picked up my order. After about 40 minutes waiting I checked and my driver apparently had canceled and I was assigned another driver. I called him and told him that I had been waiting for my order almost two hours. He said that he would check what happened and if he was able to pick it up he would deliver it to me. Finally 2 and a half hours later my oder finally arrived. I am very unhappy and upset with this app. I have deleted it and do not recommend it to anyone. If I could give it 0 stars I would. Horrible experience for being my first time and do not intend on using it again.

Follow your order from your Lock Screen. Uva now shows a Live Activity with your order's status and estimated arrival, right on your Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island. Also in this update: • Choosing your delivery address and paying with ATH Móvil work smoothly again • Stores now show the correct hours on Sundays • Faster loading and other fixes
