Orders can take a while. If you order at 5:30 even on a weeknight expect off and wait one hour. Having said that, they are usually ready right on time and in my experience with all sushi to go places, they are the best.

Not intuitive to use, the “pickup ASAP” option doesn’t actually give you a time frame for when the order will be ready until AFTER you submit the order (and for me the actual time it said my order would be ready by was almost an hr and a half after I placed it), and it redirects you to create a ChowNow account to pay.
